Noptia.com is an online booking platform connecting travellers with accommodation properties: hotels, guesthouses, villas, apartments, cabins and hostels. The platform facilitates the booking, and the accommodation contract is concluded directly between the guest and the property.

3. Bookings and payments

The booking becomes firm after confirmation from the property. Payment is usually made directly at the property, unless otherwise stated. Displayed prices include all mandatory taxes, with no hidden costs.

4. Cancellations

The cancellation policy varies by property and the chosen rate. Always check the cancellation conditions before confirming your booking. Free cancellations are explicitly marked on property pages.

5. Liability

Noptia.com is not responsible for differences between the property description and reality, these being the sole responsibility of the owner. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notice.
