1. Our commitment
Noptia is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform and aim to meet the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) requirements.
2. Standards followed
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as the reference standard for our pages. We aim for:
- clear and consistent navigation and headings on every page;
- sufficient color contrast for text and interface elements;
- keyboard-friendly interaction for all functionality — search, booking, filters and forms;
- alternative text for meaningful images and proper form labels;
- compatibility with screen readers and assistive technologies.
3. Assistive technology support
The platform works with the most common screen readers, screen magnifiers and voice control software on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari. If you encounter a component that does not work with your assistive technology, please let us know — we will investigate and fix it.
4. How to report an accessibility issue
We are always looking to improve the accessibility of our platform. If you found a page or feature that is difficult to use, or if you want to request content in an alternative format, please contact us through the contact page and describe the problem, including the page address and the technology you use.
We review every report and we aim to respond within 5 working days. Where a fix is not immediately possible, we commit to providing an accessible alternative or a solution timeline.
5. Compatibility and feedback
This declaration is reviewed and updated regularly, at least once a year, or whenever significant changes are made to the platform. Your feedback helps us build a better experience for everyone — thank you for helping us improve.
